Activity: I added trails to the player, made the world more playful with extra objects and features, manipulated the map a bit. I built and published the game as WebGL.

Outcome: I learned the basics of Unity editor and was able to made small changes to the platformer template.

Notes: As a newcomer to Unity, it is hard to navigate through all the menus and options. During labs, I was able to make the player disappear by going backwards and had to invest a lot of time to notice I changed the player's material in the process of modifying the game.  It is also easy to lose a lot of time testing the game and tinkering. But that's not necessarily bad.
